Apartment booking process

STEP 1

Select your apartment

The very first thing we ask you to do, is to find your apartment. On our homepage we present our apartments with the most basic information to give you a first impression. However, by clicking on "more details" you will be directed to a page with all the information you need, such as several photos, a google street view, a google street map, a 12 month calendar view and all apartment and environmental details.

Beside this, you can start your selection process by using the Quick Search. The website will then show which apartments are available on the dates that you have specified and you can click on the link to access the apartment page.

Another option is to use our Paris Room Rental Apartments map. You will find all our apartments on one single map and by clicking on its marker, you can access the apartment page.

If you have choosen your apartment, click on the "book now" button to be directed to the booking form.

STEP 2

Online reservation/inquiry form

Once you have clicked on "book now" you are entering our online reservation form. We kindly ask you to fill in your personal details in order to contact you. Your information is strictly private and we will not provide it to any other persons/organizations. Once you have sent your request, you will receive a copy by email with the details you have sent us.

You can also access our reservation page directly without STEP 1 (selecting an apartment).

If however you have difficulties filling in our online booking form, you can also send us an email directly to contact@paris-room-rental.com. Use this option if you did not receive a copy of your reservation with the email you have filled in.

Please also read carefully the Terms and Conditions which apply for all bookings.

STEP 3

Credit card pre-payment

Once we have received your request, we will check with the apartment owner if the rental accommodation is still available. It could be in the process of being rented.

If the requested apartment is available, we will provide you with instructions to pay at least 10% of the total rent by effecting an online payment. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.

The credit card transaction will be completed within the protected environment of our secured payment system. To read more about secure booking, check our Payment methods. NB: It is not necessary to have a Paypal account, you can by a credit card.

STEP 4

E-mail confirmation

Once you have completed the pre-payment, the apartment is booked and we will confirm the information for your stay to the apartment owner. The owner will send you a confirmation e-mail and will provide you the full information about what to do upon arrival.
NB: Don't forget that you are obligated by French law to have a rented holiday accommodation insurance. More information about this, you can find on our apartment insurance page.

Arrival information

1. The collection or return of keys will take place at the apartment where you will be staying unless otherwise specified on the apartment webpage or other agreements with the owner.
2. The balance of the rent has to be paid directly to the owner (either before or at your arrival, depending on the apartment and agreements with the owner) along with a copy of your passport. You will be asked a security/breakage deposit which will be returned to you at the day of your departure.
