The other window is facing north, with a full, bottom to top, view of the Eiffel Tower and Paris 'rive droîte' (north of the Seine).
The lounge contains a big wooden dining table for 4 persons, with a little old style bench and 2 chairs.
There are also 2 nice classical armchairs and a convertible twin bed, which can be separated into two beds, or can be attached for a couple.
For your relaxing nights, there's a flat screen tv with dvd player.

The seperated kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary needs, including an electric stove, oven (micro wave, regular and grill), fridge-freezer, toaster, cookware and dinnerware.
And again, a full view of the Tour d'Eiffel while you are cooking a nice meal.
Bedroom
The bedroom is another spacious room, with a comfortable double bed for 2 people.
There's a round bedside table, lamp and a little desk.
Bathroom
The bathroom contains a bathtub, has a mirror and sink and cupboards with plenty of storage place.
A washing machine is also placed in the bathroom.
The toilet is seperated from the bathroom.
The Vaugirard area
The former site of the village of Vaugirard, was built along an ancient Roman road of the same name and it's the longest street of Paris and arguably of Europe.
The geography of the area was particularly suited to wine-making, as well as quarrying.
In fact, many Parisian monuments, such as the École Militaire, were built from Vaugirard stone.
The village, not yet being part of Paris, was considered by Parisians to be an agreeable suburb, pleasant for country walks or its cabarets and puppet shows.
In 1860 Vaugirard was annexed to Paris, along with adjoining villages.
Today, the only notable attractions in this area are the Parc des Expositions (an exhibition center which hosts the Foire de Paris, agricultural expositions, and car shows), and Parc Georges Brassens, a park built on the former site of a slaughterhouse.
Just in front of the apartment is the Novotel and on the other side there's a police office, so no need to question if it's a safe area.
There are 2 banks just down of the building, 2 supermarkets withing 150 meters and a little park that leads to the Mairie 15th district, a 3 minute walk away.
Basically, all you need just on your doorstep.
Transport
Subway/ Metro Vaugirard is only 100 meters away. It's on line 12 and it takes you to Paris Expo (Porte de Versailles) in 5 minutes, Gare Montparnasse in 5 minutes and to the other side of the Seine within 10 minutes!
There are also bus lines in front of the apartment which take you to several directions within Paris:
line 39 to Gare Du Nord, connection Eurostar to London, Thalys to Belgium, Holland and Germany, connection aeroport Chales de Gaulle (CDG).
Line 70 to Hotel de Ville, line 80 to Marie du 18e and line 88 to the beautiful parc Montsouris. And 2 nightline busses: N13 to Bobigny and N62 to Montparnasse.
Renting this budget apartment will guarantee you an excellent stay in the Paris, for an excellent rate indeed with all needs right in front of you!
