This Paris studio rental apartment, in a beautifull old style Parisian building, is fully furnished for a comfortable stay for 2 persons. It's very bright, calm and comfortable and its decoration is relaxing but stylish. Situated on the beginning of the boulevard Haussmann, this area of the Grands Boulevards is one of Paris' main the shopping area. Some of those shops are considered like monuments. As for public transport: the metro is only 10 meters away, right in front of the building!

The area

This neighbourhood is in the very centre of Paris. It has a 5mn walking distance to Opéra and the Department Stores Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, 5mn to the Palais Royal, 10mn to Jardin the Tuileries and 10mn to the Louvre Museum.

The room

The spacious living room is very luminous, with a big window and light decoration. It contains a nice and very comfortable convertible sofa bed for 2 people.
The built in kitchen contains all the necessary needs to make any meal or breakfast you wish during your holiday break, which can be consumed at the little bar with 2 stools.

You will be able to watch the flat screen television or connect yourself to Internet thanks to the unlimited wireless access provided. You will also be able to do international free phone calls.

The bathroom

The bathroom contains a shower, a sink, a mirror and a toilet.

If you like to have a carefree, comfortable, and affordable stay in paris, this is the right address! I absolutely recommend the uncomplicated and obliging service that is offered by the Paris-Room-Rental team. I was booking on a short term and I received quick responses to make the (almost) impossible happen. I stayed in Opera Hausman 3, which is located in Montmatre, _right_ in the center of the city. The apartment is situated on the first floor, oriented towards courtyard of a beautiful old building. Although it is right next to a major boulevard, the noise of the streets didn't reach inside. Next to a toilet with shower, the apartment itself has everything what you could possibly need for a convenient stay; a completely equipped kitchenette with crockery and cutlery, a TV with loads and loads of channels and - most pleasantly - free, fast Internet. But here is the best part: it all comes for a very affordable price! I had a great stay and warmly advocate the excellent service and the beautiful apartment - Au revoir Paris!

Great location; simple, neat and perfectly adequate studio, was lovely to have our own place to come back to. It was a shame not to spend longer and get more use out of the flat! Service was great and I'd definitely use it again; it was a little pricey for just one night, but as we booked on the day itself we couldn't complain. Ideal for longer stays if you want to feel like you're independently living in Paris!

It was my 5th stay in Paris and for the first time I used a flat instead of hotels, hostels or other options. I am truly glad for this choice, because of: - quality of service provided by Paris Room Rental stuff; - location of apartment which was very convenient; - a perfect match between promised and provided during my stay; - the flat is just perfect for tourists, who like Paris (even if they do not know it yet:)). It is so close to Palais Royal & Louvre, which are the eyeballs of Paris + I walked to Montmartre Cemeterie and returned also by feet, because it is so tempting close to flat (if you don't visit gym regularly - take the tube;)).
