Opera Bourse

This vacation apartment is located in a well maintained building with a security system, intercom and concierge. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor. Then you have to walk up a few stairs to get to the apartment. The front door opens directly into the living room / bedroom with open kitchen.

Altough only 20 square meters, the rental studio is perfectly equiped and no space is wasted.
The main room is very bright with two large windows. Its rooftop view is of typical Parisian style. The living- / bedroom is very spacious for a small studio and is equipped with a comfortable expandible double sofa bed. It contains a little sofa table and right in the middle of the room there's a little bar where you can have a meal and a nice French apero. The room also contains a LCD TV, a mini HiFi system, a DVD player, internet and telephone (card). There's also plenty of space to store your belongings in its several cupbords.

Kitchen

The open kitchen is fully equiped with 2 hobs, 1 grill microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, and cooking utensils.

Toilet / Bathroom

Seperated from the main living room are a toilet and shower and sink. All very clean and well decorated.

The Opéra - Bourse area

This neighbourhood is in the very centre of Paris. It takes only 5mn to walk to Bourse, Opéra Gernier, Place Vendôme and the Department Stores Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, 10mn to the Palais Royal, Jardin the Tuileries and to the Louvre Museum.
Next street is the Grands Boulevards where you will find cinemas and internationals restaurants. If you want to take a lunch or dinner on a nice terrasse, the restaurant FG (Fontaine Gaillon) is just at the corner, maybe you will have a chance to meet the owner Gerard Depardieu our french movie star. There are 2 bakeries in the street where you can take your breakfast or just bring back croissants and baguette in the apartment. Just a side street, there's rue Sainte Anne, which is famous for its (real) Japonese restaurants.
