Marais Rivoli

This holiday apartment sleeps up to 5 people and is perfect for families spending a week discovering Paris. It's on the 6th floor, with a lift, in the center of the lively and trendy Marais. Situated, in between La Bastille and Le Louvre, in the heart and oldest parts of Paris, it's in walking distance of the main Paris attractions.

Livingroom

The flat is very luminous, with a big window and lots of mirrors. The living room is spacious, is nicely decorated and comprises a little dining area with a table and 4 chairs. It also contains 1 comfortable double sofa bed for 2 people and a another convertible bed for 1 person.

Kitchen

Attached to the living room, there's an American style kitchen, which is fully equipped, with all necessary needs. It also contains a washing machine and tea towels are provided.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a big nice double bed, a big mirror, a wardrobe and shelf space. It's nicely decorated and has a tv in its room.
Sheets are provided.

Bathroom

The bathroom contains all the neccesary needs as well, such as a shower, a sink, a mirror and toilets.
Towels are provided.

Quality equipment

Last, but not least, there's a wireless internet access, a HiFi set, a dvd player and flat screen television for your lazy evenings. One of the best imaginable apartments for families or 2 couples who like to spend a week (or more) in Paris.

The Marais area

Le Marais is well known for its many restaurants and more recently for its fashion and design shops. Rue de Rivoli has all the shopping facilities on and connects La Bastille with Le Louvre. Le Marais is also a trendy district in Paris celebrated for its nightlife and it contains a large portion of the gay population of Paris.
In this historical area there are aristocratic mansions with formal gardens and noble courtyards.
The antique market in the Village Saint-Paul is close by, as are the place des Vosges and the gay quarter in the rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie.
There are many museums within walking distance: Musée Carnavalet, Musée Picasso, Musée Cognac-Jay, Jewish Museum, the Archives Nationales and the Bibliothèque Historique de Paris.
Many of the great attractions of Paris are just around the corner and within walking distance, such as The Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame cathedral, La Bastille, Le Louvre ...

I was referred to Paris Room Rental by a friend, and their service did not disappoint. The apartment is in a fantastic location - tons of shopping, fabulous restaurants, easy access to Metro, and a lively nightlife. Even though it's smack dab in the middle of the Marais the apartment is super quiet - it's in the back of the building - & waking up to the smell of fresh-baked croissants from the bakery downstairs was just fantastic! I will certainly use Paris Room Rentals again, probably the same unit!

We were very happy with our stay at the apartment. My husbane and I stayed here with our two children (6 & 9) in September. The apartment was very centrally located and allowed us to have easy access to the metro and the rest of Paris. The whole booking and payment process was also very simple and Rudy was very prompt with replying to any queries I had. Cecille the apartment owner was also very helpful in arranging for us to be let into the apartment early in the morning of our arrival. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a family stay in Paris.

My family and I really appreciated the apartment. The reality is better than the photos. Though small in square footage, the apartment had everything one could want. It was nicely decorated in a unique and modern style. I loved the Nespresso machine with the jar full of flavors to choose from! It was a perfect location being in the Marais area with lots of restaurants and nice shops and yet close to the major attractions as well. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The one thing which didn't work out was the internet/WiFi but that may have been the fact that we brought our iPad. Other than that we loved it!

My family and I wanted a break away from our hectic schedules as hence arranging for a week of travel in Paris, after a major exam week and combining with few business meetings was great. I have a family with three teenage daughters and they were excited with the trip and the shopping they will do including window shopping. The apartment was excellent for us and the location was perfect. It was clean and thesize was OK with the all the modern facilities especially internet communication. From our apartment we rememner just walking to the louvre, and the metro was really just a stone's throw away. there is a very nice bakery on ground floor and supermarket for groceries is ver near. The partament have all the amenities for a weeks holiday including kitchen needs and appliances and is very clean . WE could not have asked for a better residence in the heart of PAris thank you and the memories was great drshireen malaysia

The apartment was very comfortable had all necessary provisions for a long stay.
