The apartment
The apartment starts off with a large and elegant entrance hall leading to the living room and kitchen.
The living room is bright with large windows, overlooking the street through a small balcony.
It spacious and measures 32m2. It has a wooden floor, and a very stylish decoration. There's even a piano!
You will be able to watch the flat screen television or connect yourself to Internet thanks to the unlimited wireless access provided.
You will also be able to do international free phone calls.
The room has been arranged with a beautiful wooden table and four chairs, has a comfortable sofa and a little coffee table.
The kitchen, with a view of the courtyard, is fully equipped; Gas stove, extractor hood, oven, coffee machine, micro wave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, etc ...
The bathroom has all you need to refresh yourself after a nice stroll through this beautiful city. It has a bathtub, shower and the toilet is nicely seperated from the bathroom.
There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains has 13m2 and contains a 160cm bed.
Bedroom 2 has 11m2 and contains a 180cm bed with an option to separate into two beds.
The area
Situated on the right bank of the River Seine, the 16th arrondissement – which includes the mainly residential districts of Auteuil and Passy – is home to a large number of diplomatic embassies.
This area is commonly thought to be one of the richest parts of Paris and features some of the most expensive real estate in France.
The apartment itself is only a few steps away from the most famous street of Paris: Avenue Champs-elysées.
Walking towards the west, you reach The Bois de Boulogne.
This is the second-largest public park in Paris (behind only the Bois de Vincennes), and is home to the oldest operating amusement park in the world, the Jardin d'Acclimatation, which is mainly known for offering a wide range of amusements which are appropriate even for very small children.
They have miniature roller-coasters for children as small as three years, and the usual range of pony rides etc.
The 16th district hosts several large sporting venues, including:
the Parc des Princes, which is the stadium where Paris Saint-Germain football club plays its home matches;
Roland Garros Stadium, where the French Open tennis championships are held;
and Stade Jean-Bouin, home to the Stade Français rugby union club.
